Smooth meets weathered,
Warm meets cool.
Laughter flows through,
Strength gathers,
And passion blossoms.
Very few stories to be told.
Friendship of many years,
Ideas meet warmly.
Eyes lock purpose,
Risks assessed and taken.
Hours of wait.
Frustration sags.
Deja vu's of disappointment.
Bonds formed and worry forgotten,
by the way, "accomplishment" achieved.
